Connect Brains to Claude

Brains is a memory and agent layer over your inbox, calendar, docs, and tools. Connect it to Claude and Claude can search across everything you've connected — and act on it, with your confirmation.

Before you start

Add the connector

In Claude on the web:

  1. Open Customize → Connectors.

  2. Click +, then Add custom connector.

  3. Paste the Brains MCP URL:

    https://mcp.mybrains.ai/mcp

  4. Click Add. Claude opens a sign-in window. Sign in to Brains with Google and click Allow.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds the connector under Organization settings → Connectors (only owners can add custom connectors).

Brains speaks the Model Context Protocol over Streamable HTTP. Claude discovers the sign-in flow from the server, so there's nothing else to configure. Claude Desktop supports remote connectors too, brokered through your Claude account.

Try it

Start a chat in Claude and ask:

"What's on my calendar tomorrow, and which meetings still need prep?"

"Find the latest email thread about the Q3 launch and summarize where it stands."

"Search my Drive for the strategy deck and pull the key numbers."

And a write, where Claude drafts and you approve:

"Draft a reply to the launch thread saying I'll review by Friday."

Claude prepares the reply; you review the draft and approve it before anything is sent.

Writes are draft → confirm

Nothing is sent or created until you approve it. When Claude drafts an email, a calendar event, or a message, Brains holds it as a draft. You approve or discard it from your Brains /inbox on web and mobile, or from Telegram. The agent never confirms its own writes.
